Honey Cupping at Home for Cellulite - Easy Remedy

Cellulite is a new abnormal distribution of the tissues under the skin. It is caused by subcutaneous enlarged fat cells grouped together and surrounded by protein fibrous bands, that are moved through the damaged connective tissue up to be near the epidermis.

Cupping creates a vacuum effect that helps relocate those components to acquire the normal distribution, or a situation that is close to normal, thus destroying cellulite. To improve blood circulation in your skin tissue and muscle, and reinforce the vacuum effect, you will use honey with cupping.

1- Cupping using a cup or a glass jar:
- Apply a thin layer of honey to the affected zone and then apply the cup to the skin using circular motions (your skin will be sucked into the cup)
- Tear away the cup from your body and repeat the process for 5-10 minutes
- You should make sure that the skin is sucking into the cup, if not, just press the cup to your body and push more skin under the cup using your finger
- Do not overdo to avoid bruises
- Do this massage at least twice a week for 1 month

2- Cupping using your hands :
Another way is to use your hands to do a massage using honey, but this requires that you do it 5-10 minutes a time, every other day for 1 m0nth (15 times). The results start being seen after the second massage.
- Apply a thin layer of honey over the problem zone (hips and buttocks will need about 2 teaspoons), then press your clean DRY hands to your skin
- Easy at first, tearing away your hands will become more difficult with every move because the tension force increases. it is slightly painful
- Continue until honey turns white under your hands
- After the massage your skin should be red with a burning sensation. Any small bruises will go fast

Honey message is one of the most effectiveremedies for cellulite. It has been be tried by a lot of women of different ages with great success.

WARNING : Do not use honey massage if you have varicose veins on the cellulite spot, or if you are allergic to honey
